Tell our WV Senators to Support HB 4252, the Diabetes Bill!
It will help West Virginians stay healthy, save lives,
and save our state health care system money.
 
HB 4252 would cap a month’s supply of insulin at $35 (it is now capped at $100) and limit cost-sharing for devices and equipment to a $100/month copay cap for supplies and equipment (including glucometers, test strips, lancing devices and lancets, and syringes). The bill also requires private insurance to cover the purchase of a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) or insulin pump for $250 cap every two years.
