Working from home during COVID gave her the ability to both do her job while working around her many health challenges, and care for Micah, her adult special needs daughter. As someone with disabilities, Priscilla was able to keep her Medicaid while working full-time through a program called M-WIN. More

Thousands of West Virginia Medicaid members, ages 21 and older, received a letter this week announcing that on January 1st, 2021, they will be able to get up to $1,000 in preventative dental care. WV Citizen Action was part of the Health Care for All WV coalition team that lobbied for this breakthrough. More

By passing three of its top priority bills, the Health Care for All WV Coalition won big this year in the fight for all West Virginians’ right to health care. Hundreds of West Virginians joined together in asking legislators to support common sense measures that save money, dignity and lives in the long run.
